Inclusion support for participants is reimbursed at 100 % of real eligible costs, justified by the applicant and approved by the National Agency
Inclusion support for organisations is a unit cost of 125 EUR per participant with fewer opportunities
Preparatory visit support is 680 EUR per participant per visit, at most two participants per organisation, the second of whom must be a young person, plus one facilitator, and only where the need is justified
Exceptional costs cover visa and visa-related costs, residence permits, vaccinations and medical certification at 100 % of eligible costs, and a financial guarantee or expensive travel at 80 %, all subject to National Agency approval

- The condition for full payment is completion of all the activities in line with the quality criteria described in the application. Activities not completed, or implemented poorly, can lead to a grant reduction or to an individual work package being rejected.
- A maximum of 20 % of the total project budget may be allocated to the project management work package.

- A Cooperation Partnership is transnational and must involve at least three organisations from three different EU Member States or third countries associated to the Programme. The coordinator must have been legally established for at least two years before the application deadline.
